For 32 years Dean has delivered significant measurable performance gains in over 300 organizations. His demonstrated acumen to quickly interpret complex business issues, develop improvement strategies, design and implement behaviors, processes & management systems that lift revenues and dramatically improve performance across the value chain has delivered in excess of $2.2 billion in annualized client benefits.
Prior to founding Catalyft, he held multiple key executive positions, including 10 years as a Senior Partner, Executive Vice President of Logistics, and the Director of Operations and Presenting Lead Analyst for the Americas. He has an extensive level of expertise working with senior management and private equity firms, and an industry diversity that has honed a capability for leveraging best practices both within and across multiple sectors.
Over last three decades Dean has designed and delivered improvements to organizations through revenue, margin, cash, integrated operational performance across the value chain, leadership development, and change management programs. Mr. Lampman is often requested to provide his insight on organizational readiness for upcoming market changes, assess levels of trapped value, and participate in many activities surrounding mergers & acquisitions including the deal teams. As a result of his expertise and consistent ability to deliver results at a transformational pace, he is frequently invited to provide operational leadership for turnaround situations.
